As we close one year and welcome another, I want to express my deep appreciation for all that we have accomplished together. This past year has been marked by historic milestones, continued growth, and an ever-increasing influence that continues to shape our profession for the better. Your commitment and hard work have solidified the Fraternal Order of Police as a powerful advocate for our members and for all of law enforcement.

With the dawn of a new year—and the start of our 110th year, I am filled with excitement with the endless possibilities that lie ahead for the Fraternal Order of Police.

As we move forward, let us harness the momentum we have gained and remain committed to our mission, our members, and the values that guide our profession.
